• What is the period for filing trademark opposition?
  The period of filing of trademark opposition is 120 days from the day the mark is published in trademark Journal.
• Who can oppose a Trademark?
  Anyone can do trademark opposition irrespective he/she is the owner of registered trademark or not
• What is Trademark Counter Statement?
  The trademark counter statement is to be filed with two month from date of receiving notice of trademark opposition in from TM-O.
