• If the work is already published somewhere: 3 copies of the owner's work;
• If the work is not yet published: 2 copies of the owner's work;
• If the registration is applied by the attorney: the special Power of Attorney/vakalatnama duly signed by the party or the Attorney;
• Language and work title:
• Proofs furnishing the name of the owner along with the address, and nationality of the owner;
• Email address and mobile number of the applicant;
• If an applicant applies for registration on behalf of the owner then authorization is required.
• If the owner is deceased the evidence of his being deceased.
• No Objection Certificate from the Trademark office if the work has to be published on some product.
• If the photo of any person is appearing in the work, then a No Objection Certificate or NOC from such a person is also required;
• If the work is published, the address and first publication year;
• Information of the country and year of all subsequent publications;
• Source and Object code in case of the Copyright registration of the software.
